• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or operational constraints.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as mentioned at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateway partners.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

1.4 Food Quality & Allergens

We take utmost care to ensure hygienic preparation and safe packaging of food. Customers are advised to review ingredients carefully and inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Italianni’s Pizzeria shall not be responsible for allergic reactions if prior information is not provided.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

We deliver food only within the serviceable areas displayed on our website or ordering platform.

2.2 Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is approximately 30–90 minutes, depending on order size, location, and operational conditions. Delivery times may vary during peak hours, weekends, or special occasions.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide an OTP, signature, or other confirmation at the time of delivery to ensure successful handover of the order.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer, as food is freshly prepared upon order confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Item unavailability
• Temporary restaurant closure
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Unserviceable delivery location

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds shall be applicable only in the following situations:

• Order cancelled by the restaurant
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed
• Wrong item delivered or order not delivered

3.4 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
